This is my first Operation Write Home (OWH) Easter card. I really like this sketch–nice and simple. The deadline for completing Easter cards for shipment is March 18th, so I need to get busy. I just got my official rubber stamp for OWH (to use to stamp the back of each card). I’m set to go.

I used Card Positioning System’s card sketch for this week: #207. This is my interpretation but I’m not overly satisfied, so I may try again. I really like the little triplet of images in the pattern. It is a nice, simple design.

- Stamp – Fred B. Mullett
- Cardstock – Bazzill and WorldWin
- Technique: Colored image with Copic Markers. Distressed image edges and inked with Creamy Brown ColorBox Chalk Ink. Tore bottom edges of cardstock and added two colors of raffia to complete the card.
This is a new Fred Mullett stamp from a series of new images he has. If you ever get a chance to take a class from Fred, I highly recommend it! I met him last year at a class and it was really great, and you can count on high entertainment value to boot!
