Washi Tape Butterfly Birthday – Clean & Simple 2

• Washi tape – Queen & Co. and We R Memory Keepers
• Die cut – made with Spellbinder’s Shapeabilities “Butterflies” (embossed areas colored with ColorBox Fluid Chalk inks)
• Stamp – Rubber Soul
• Ink – Tsukineko Delicata “Golden Glitz” ink pad
• Cardstock – Bazzill

I made the background for this card with rows of Washi tape, which was a part of one of my lessons in the Clean & Simple 2 class I’m finishing up at Online Card Classes. The effect it creates looks like patterned paper. I popped up the die cut butterfly with dimensional adhesive, after coloring the embossed areas with chalk ink and a sponge dauber.
