CPS Sketch Challenge #254 – Leap Birthday

I used CPS Sketch #254 to make this card, which is for a friend and co-worker whose birthday falls on Leap Day. He was born in 1956, and is celebrating his 14^th birthday this year! The inside sentiment says “May 14 candles leap onto your cake!” It was a fun card to make with all of the layers in the sketch. Thanks for stopping by.
