Birdie’s Tea Time

I used several different media to create this card. I started with the background, combining many layers of Distress Oxide inks and water. The teacups are colored with Prismacolor pencils and KaiserCraft metallic gel pens. This is a card for the Things with Wings Challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog.
