This pinwheel pattern and an accompanying tutorial were featured on Operation Write Home’s Stars & Stripes blog last week. One really nice thing about this pattern is that you can use up your scraps to make a really nice design! It pieces together quickly, so I plan to make some more of these for OWH. Thanks for visiting.

- Stamp – “For You” by Northwoods Rubber Stamps
- Die cut – Spellbinders Nestabilities “Fancy Tags”
- Patterned paper – Chatterbox
- Flowers & Leaves – Prima
- Rhinestones – Kaisercraft
- Cardstock – Bazzill
This card is based on the current sketch at Card Positioning Systems (CPS): Sketch #212. My interpretation is a little bit different, since it was supposed to feature banners strung across it. But I kept seeing flowers with the leaves hanging down (sort of like banners).

- Stamp – Cup and Saucer – The free stamp from the January 2011 issue of Craft Stamper. I love this stamp. It was designed by Kim Costello for the magazine.
- Stamp – “For You” from Inkadinkado “Greetings” clear set
- Patterned papers in yellow, pink, blue and green – Memory Box
The sketch for this card is the current one at Clean and Simple Stamping: Sketch #134. I cut out the cups after stamping them on patterned paper and popped them up in formation.
