This is a simple birthday card I put together with the digital image by Happi Scrappin’ Doodles at Crafters Digital Art Center for the Progressive Freebie Challenge. I know someone whose birthday is on Valentine’s Day, so this image is perfect for her card! Thanks for visiting.

This is another card I made from a sketch in the Online Clean & Simple Cardmaking Class. I stamped the background for the sentiment with Distress Ink sprayed with Perfect Pearls Mist. Thanks for checking in.

- Stamps – Hero Arts “Newspaper Tulips” and Rubber Soul “Happy Birthday”
- Patterned papers – all from Basic Grey “Out of Print” 6X6″ paper pad
- Corner punch – EK Success
This card is from a lesson in my Online Clean & Simple Cardmaking class. I really like the stamp and the papers together and I had them in my stash, so copying the lesson was not difficult for me! I painted the tulips with Twinkling H20s, so there is some shine, and I carried that over by spraying the stems with Perfect Pearls mist after I inked them with Ranger Distress Ink. Thanks for visiting.

- Patterned papers – Basic Grey, BoBunny
- Cardstock – Bazzill and BoBunny
- Stamp – Pink Paislee “Soiree” set
- Die cut – Spellbinders Shapeabilities “Fancy Tags”
- Corner punch – Marvy Uchida
So this is a pretty loose interpretation of the current sketch (#101) at Operation Write Home. So I’ll call it a banner card and leave it at that! Cutting out my banner was a great way to use little scraps that I just couldn’t throw out. I had lots of patterns going on in these papers, but they all worked together. The banner and sentiment are popped up for some dimension, and the edges of the light cardstock is edged with chalk ink. Thanks for stopping by.

- Patterned papers – Basic Grey – “Green at Heart: Kelly,” K & Company “Jubilee Purple Burst”
- Cardstock – BoBunny pink flourish and Bazzill Basics
- Sticker – “Peel Offs: Birthday Words”
- Punch – Double Embossed Dotted Lace Edger Punch
I made this card using Sketch 245 over at CPS. I used papers that were produced by different companies, but somehow matched each other just fine. A very simple card. Thanks for the visit.

- Patterned papers – My Mind’s Eye “Lime Twist” collection
- Die cut – Labels Seventeen
- Stamp – Cat’s Pajamas “Smells Like Cake” clear set – Happy Birthday
I was inspired by the current sketch at Unscripted Sketches – #132 . I kind of switched it up a little bit, but the concept is definitely there. I used a digital image created by Elephantastic that was provided in the CDAC Freebie Progressive Challenge. Thanks for visiting.

I used the CPS Sketch #242 to create this birthday card. The 2-sided paper from Best Creations, Inc., worked out well for this and the side with the blue background has glitter imbedded in it. I kept this simple, since the paper design kept the eye going! Thanks for visiting!
