- Stamp set – Darcie’s – “Little Red” (JCS145)
- Die cuts made from Spellbinders Nestabilities: “Labels Two,” “Standard Circles Large,” and “Lacey Circles”
This card was mostly about coloring and fussy cutting! This past week, OWH Stars and Stamps began a new feature called OWH Design Boot Camp. Color theory was in this lesson and we were to choose a color scheme based on one of the basic harmonies. I chose an analogous color scheme, using yellow orange/orange/red, which are three in a row on the 12-part color wheel. These are not necessarily colors I would choose to put together, but it fit the Red Riding Hood set I recently acquired at an LSS sale! After I colored them with Copic markers, I cut out the images and popped-up Red Riding Hood and her basket with a little dimensional adhesive. My wolf looks more like a fox–but he’s cute! I just kind of rewrote the fairy tale a little bit and she had a pet fox! Thanks for visiting today.

Nice color choice for the theme. Analogous combos are the hardest to do in my opinion but you really knocked it out of the park. Great job!
